Not a marketing posture. Three is the number where Mohit can personally lead every build without quality dropping. When we take your engagement, it has our full attention — not a slice of it. How it runs
We diagnose the problem together, scope the engagement, and determine fit. If we're not the right match, we'll say so clearly and refer you elsewhere when we can. No follow-up pitch, no deck.
A written proposal within 72 hours. Scope, milestones, fixed price, IP assignment, guarantee, and termination terms in one document. No surprises after you sign.
Shared Slack, repository access, first sprint plan — on kickoff day. No project manager intermediary. You're in the channel with the engineering team from the first commit.
By 5 PM IST each Friday: a Loom of what shipped, a working staging URL, and a proposed sprint plan for the following week. You decide each Friday whether to continue. No lock-in required beyond the current sprint.
Pricing
Weekly billing aligned to delivery. The first week's invoice is due before kickoff. Either party can terminate at the end of any sprint — no fee, clean handover within five days.
If working software hasn't shipped by end of Week 1, the engagement is refunded in full — no negotiation required. This clause has never been exercised in 200+ engagements.
All code, designs, data, and model weights transfer to you on Day 1 — not at project end. Codefree retains no license, no template rights, no reuse claim of any kind.

Q1.Why three engagements per quarter?
Three is the number where Mohit can personally lead every build without quality dropping. Beyond three, we slip into the same delegation patterns that produce the work we don't want to ship.
Q2.How fixed is the fixed price?
Fixed at signing for the scope in the proposal. Scope changes get a written amendment with new price + new timeline before any code moves. No surprise invoices, no scope creep absorbed into the next sprint.
Q3.What if the Week 1 build doesn't land?
Full refund, no negotiation. The clause is written into the proposal; you don't have to ask. Every Friday after Week 1 is also a clean exit — terminate at the end of any sprint with no fee, clean handover within five days.
Q4.Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — our standard NDA is mutual, plain-English, and signs in minutes. Or we sign yours if it's not predatory. Sensitive engagements use a separate code repo, isolated environments, and named-only team access.
Q5.What about IP?
All code, designs, data, and model weights transfer to you on Day 1 — not at project end. Codefree retains no license, no template rights, no reuse claim. The proposal includes the assignment clause; you own the result the moment the engagement starts.
