Hosting typically runs 20 to 300 USD per month based on load and traffic (Vercel, AWS, or Railway). PostgreSQL database hosting is typically 20 to 100 USD per month based on volume. Third-party API subscriptions (Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot) are billed directly to you. No Codefree platform fee, no markup — Codefree hands over documented infrastructure and you or your team operates it. Costs scale with usage, not as a surprise.

What if the project takes longer than the estimated timeline?

Fixed scope equals fixed price — if Codefree underestimated the scope, we eat the extra time. Scope changes you initiate get a written change order with revised cost and timeline before any new work starts. No back-end invoicing surprises, no midnight scope expansions, no missed deadline penalties.

Who is actually writing the code — founder, senior engineer, or junior?

Codefree's technical lead scopes and reviews. Implementation is by a senior full-stack engineer with founder oversight on every pull request. No junior team, no offshore handoff, no delegation to a template shop. You get one direct point of contact through delivery — same person from kickoff through handover.

Which tier should I choose — Starter, Standard, or Enterprise SaaS?

Starter SaaS is best for focused internal tools or customer portals with 10 to 15 screens and 2 to 3 core user roles (2 to 3 weeks). Standard SaaS is the honest middle — full-scope custom applications with 15 to 25 screens, complex business logic, and multi-role admin (3 to 4 weeks). Both, always. Admin panel, authentication, and API layer are included in every tier.

Can you integrate with our existing tools like Stripe, Salesforce, Slack, or HubSpot?

Yes — API integrations are part of every Custom SaaS build. During discovery you provide a list of tools or systems the application needs to connect to, and Codefree builds those integrations into the application (REST or GraphQL).
